The owners of our Richmond project wanted to update and modernise the interior of this two-bedroom rental between tenants. South Place Studio assessed the property and proposed the elements to be changed to achieve this. Spray-painting the kitchen doors, re-tiling the back-splash, replacing the laminate worktops with composite, and new taps and appliances transformed the dated kitchen. For the rest of the property the creative use of paint, new stair runners, carpets and window treatments elevated the cottage against the competition and will make a beautiful home for a very lucky tenant.
